She believes that change begins in our developmental years and has been working with the adolescent population and women for over a decade as a counselor, teacher, and a mental health professional. During the course of her work she has been privileged to witness many young girls and women that she served blossom into phenomenal women and has been dedicated to serving them ever since. She is a wife, mother, founder of Walk it Out Ministries and a recipient of a B.A. in Psychology and M.A in the counseling field.
